For Riku Lovers
A/N: Just so you know, the first part is sort of in Riku's POV.

Riku ran his hand through her hair, enjoying its softness, and he sighed contendly. Her eyes were closed, as she smiled from her place in his lap.

Riku leaned down and placed a soft kiss on her lips, and her eyelashes fluttered open, slightly startled, before she kissed back. Riku deepened the kiss, and she sat up to run her fingers through his hair. Pulling away for air, Riku drew small circles between her shoulders, and she...

"RIKU! RIKU! RIKU!" A loud, very, very loud, voice woke Riku from his dream.

"What now Sora?" Riku groaned, not bothering to sit up.

"We're going to the beach! Come on! What's so fun about sleeping in for an entire day?" Sora asked, pulling the covers off of Riku, and dragging him out from the bed.

Riku just sighed and thought back to his dream, before he looked out the window. It was mid-afternoon already?

"COME ON RIKU! HURRY! WE NEED TO GET DOWN TO THE BEACH RIGHT NOW!" Sora shouted before bolting out the door.

"...At least wait for...ah never mind," the silverette sighed, before heading towards the bathroom to change.

"Um, where's Riku?" you asked a hyper brunet, as he bounced up and down on the spot.

"He's right behind me!" Sora sang, before turning around, and seeing the empty space where he thought Riku was, "Oh...he's porbably still at home, heh..."

You shook your head before you started to walk in the direction of Riku's house, "I'm going to get Riku, okay? You go look for Kairi!"

"Can do!" Sora shouted back, as cheerful as always.

"Riku?" you called, knocking on the door of his house.

Riku opened the door, "____, what are you doing here?"

"E-er...you are coming to the beach, right?" you asked, timidly.

"Yes...? Why do you ask?"

"Aha! Forget it...Sora made it seem like you ditched."

"I wouldn't miss it for the world."

And you two fell into a calm silence, with you mentally beating yourself up for worrying Riku wasn't coming. Riku was watching you, and wondering if your hair was as soft as it seemed. His fingers twitched as he watched the wind blow strands of your hair around...

You were startled back into reality when Riku's fingers brushed a strand of your hair behind your ear, his finger lingering just a second longer than needed. You shivered from the tingles that spread from where his finger had touched.

"Cold?" Riku asked.

"S-sure, I guess?" you replied.

"...That doesn't make much sense," he laughed, adoring how cute you were when you pouted.

"Hey guys!" Sora called, "Over here!"

Afternoon soon turned into evening, and being Sora, Sora wanted to tell ghost stories.

"Okay! Can I go first?" and so, Sora started his story, "Once, long ago...there was a house that stood on a hill, and a mad-scientist thing lived there! And one night, with a storm and lightning and all that..." you tuned Sora out afterwards.

You settled on watching Riku, who had also tuned Sora out...Kairi was probably the only one listening to him.

Riku turned his head, and caught you staring. When you turned away to hide your blush, he smirked. Riku loved it when you were flustered.

"...AND THE END~!" Sora sang, and you, Kairi, and Riku clapped, being the polite listeners you were.

"Okay, I have to go now," you said, "My mom wants me home early tonight."

Kairi and Sora chorused their goodbyes, and Riku said, "I'll walk you home."

"N-no! That's not...That's not neccessary!"

Riku took your hand, despite your squeak of half-protest, and started off towards your house.

"Isn't that just so cute~!" Kairi sang, when you two were out of earshot.

"What's so cute?" Sora asked obliviously.

You were now halfway home, since you didn't live very far from the beach. Looking up, you saw the stars shining in the sky.

Riku looked up to see what you were staring at, and...at that momment, a shooting star shot across the sky!

"Did you see that?!" you gasped, "Make a wish!"

Riku looked at you, and smiled at how you closed your eyes to wish. He looked up at the sky, before he decided on what he wished for.

When you opened your eyes, you asked Riku, "I know I'm not supposed to ask, but...what did you wish for?"

Without even thinking, Riku replied, "Courage."

You blinked, tilting your head cutely to the side, "Courage? What do you need courage for?"

"For this," Riku replied, before taking your hand, and leaning in...placing a soft kiss on your lips. Your eyes fluttered close, as you kissed him back, feeling his hands tangling in your hair.

A little too soon, you both pulled away for air.

"Well," you said, "I guess both our wishes came true tonight."

Riku gave you a kiss on the cheek, "We're so very lucky, aren't we?"
